Abstract:

Given the exhaustion of the resource base for the investment project implementation, the main attention is paid to searching for possible investment sources for the investment projects. The authors substantiate the necessity to concentrate the efforts on using internal sources through transformation of monetary and credit system of which emission-inflation disproportions are typical, through the improvement of the taxation system and also through the intensive development of the public-private partnership mechanism by means of introducing control over speculative capital movements.
