Recently the problem of insufficient infrastructural security of the most regions of Russia is becoming more and more acute. Since the regional infrastructure development level to a certain extent limits maximum development level of the region’s economy, it is possible to influence on the region’s social-economic development by changing the infrastructural limitations level. At that, world and, to some extent, domestic (pre-revolutionary) experience proves that public-private partnership is one of the most effective means for developing regional infrastructure.Thus, the conducted research was aimed at identifying the possibilities of influencing on the social-economic development of the region through realization of infrastructural projects on the basis of public-private partnership.The author has analyzed foreign and domestic experience in implementation of infrastructural projects on the basis of public-private partnership. In result, a theoretical model of regional development management through the implementation of infrastructural public-private partnership projects has been elaborated.Ideas, conclusions and generalizations of this research can serve as a basis for further theoretical analysis of regional development problems, as well as for the development of target programs for modernization of the regional infrastructure on the basis of public-private partnership.
