In the article, the author presents his approach to diagnostication of the risk-management in integrated business structures. This approach is based on distinguishing different development levels of risk-management system, on decomposition of this system and also on the expert evaluation of each element revealed by its decomposition. The realization of the proposed methodological approach will facilitate diagnostication of the risk-management system of an integrated business structure and also will help to reveal the system’s weak points, thus, helping to improve it in the future.
