Abstract:
The article dwells on the essence of the existing classification characteristics of the notion “diversification”. The author substantiates division of modern types and forms of diversification from the standpoint of theoretical approaches to its practical application in corporate economic activities. In our opinion, such a division enables to identify the essence of corporate diversification more accurately and to find most appropriate tools for its realization through choosing precise form of its expression.
