The author considers certain aspects of transformation of labor resources replenishment system in the conditions of market economy. To resolve the critical situation, it is necessary to search for new economic growth reserves. Labor resources, their qualitative and quantitative levels have always been an important economic growth factor. During the Soviet era, the problems of labor resources efficient use were highly prioritized. A considerable experience has been amassed in studying labor resources in their replenishment system. Currently each stage of the replenishment process has significantly transformed. Therefore, based on the past experience, it is necessary to find new approaches to analyzing labor resources in their replenishment structure.
