Abstract:

The paper gives analyzed data on the economic condition of some subjects of Russian Federation, which give the reason to doubt the dependence between social and economic development of the region and development of informational communications in the same region. Tomsk region and Khanty-Mansiysk autonomous district – Yugra were taken as the examples.
