The article deals with formation of specific patterns of interactions of monopolistic entities and the state. The author believes that these patterns are a key factor in the success of reforming the economy, and, Consequently, they affect the increase in the rates of economic growth, and have an impact on the effective functioning of the political system. However, the formation of certain patterns of interaction of the monopolies and the state depends on the previous experience of the country’s development, the existing political culture and the already formed social, economic and political structures, which makes it necessary to identify, and draw up a theoretical basis for the laws of transformation of state and monopolies’ relations at their present stage.
