Abstract:

This article discusses the problem of government regulation of employment. The purpose of the study is to disclose the essence of infrastructural support of government regulation of employment. The author has found a lack of unity in the treatment of the employment infrastructure and its elements. On the basis of the research performed the author formulates her own definition of “infrastructure support for state regulation of employment.” The author also highlights the main elements of the infrastructure support for state regulation of employment and includes them into relevant subsystems.
