Abstract:

Research of peculiarities in small and middle industrial enterprises activity under high dynamics at the consumers markets, severe competition and spread of innovative technologies, which have ability to satisfy different consumers’ needs in a new way allowed to identify that the system of preparation and management decision making depends on the degree of detailing of operative controlling and speed of collecting and processing of information from production departments.
