The author presents the program of design of processes for economic services of industrial companies aimed at improvement of quality and efficiency of service. The proposed program consists of three stages: “Optimization of organizational structure and functions of economic services”, “Strengthening economic planning and budgeting”, “Improving the efficiency of economic analysis of the economic activity”. Some practical recommendations for implementation of the program are also given.
