Abstract:

On an example of the Russian ship-building branch problems of maintenance of competitiveness of the industry under the conditions of information economy have been analyzed. The concept of organizational competence as competitiveness factor was put forward, classification was offered and the role of organizational competence at the enterprise was shown.
