Abstract:

The article presents a study of hidden and official regional unemployment in the labor market of the Republic of Khakassia. The analysis of the unemployment structure by gender, age, and education allowed to identify the labor market “bottlenecks” which may be overcome through an active regional employment promotion policy. The study was performed with the use of official statistics from Rosstat and its territorial body in the Republic of Khakassia.
