Abstract:

The article is dedicated to the problem of increasing the availability of the economy-class accommodations. The author has analyzed the tendencies in the residential housing market and has substantiated the necessity to transit to the industrial methods of house-building and to the standardized designing of the typical economy-class accommodations. The main directions of the solution of this problem have been proposed.
