This article demonstrates fundamentals of multi-factor concept of determining the investment attractiveness of forestry enterprises. The author shows the content of cluster technologies, proving that the investment is a part of this content. Filling-up of cluster technologies is based on the typological approach, inclusion of synergism in the evaluation system, improvement of management through “umbrella patterns”, project-management and monitoring of the forestry complex.
