Abstract:

The study focuses on assessing the impact of the process of integrating regional enterprises in the corporate structure and holdings of the federal level on the regional economy. The authors consider both “pros” and “cons” of this process with the help of SWOT-analysis tools and also propose a number of actions to optimize this process, taking into account the interests of all the participants of regional economic activities.
