Abstract:

The article present the evolution of research approach to the question about the dominating factors of production role in the development of economic systems. The main attention in informational economy is paid to knowledge and time and accompanying transformations in the system of state-private partnership: in the XXI century new production forms come into economic practice - quasi concession and project.
