Abstract:

Settlements for elderly people have become a widely used practice abroad and are considered to be a good way for optimal population distribution across the country. The gravity centers of such places are health and leisure institutions (health farms) which provide a wide range of services for heath support and recovery. In the domestic practice of social services such organizations do not exist. In the given article the authors reveal social, economic and investment factors of attractiveness of building social settlements.
