Abstract:

The article discusses the main elements of the development of the programs for the region’s socio-economic development. The proposed assessment of the region’s potential allows to model the structure of the regional program, identify strategic prospects for developing existing enterprises and developing new ones in the Arkhangelsk region under conditions of globalization.
