Abstract:

In this article the author studies the problems of non-efficiency of collective contractual relationships at colliery companies of Kuzbas. No balance is sought between the interests of employers and employees in the conclusion of collective agreements at collieries. It has been established that local norms regulating labor relationships, in fact, do not develop at colliery companies, only minor development of these norms in different aspects taking place. The author has concluded that the area of common interests of employers and employees is narrowing and that the parties are not interested in assuming long-term obligations.
