Abstract:

Russian prominent cultural features within the unified typology previously suggested by the author before – collectivism and emotionality – are used for classification of business culture elements: collective values, behavior patterns and artefacts. Positioning of the Russian culture within the Asian (Oriental) cluster is proven by T. Cottle’s Circles Test, as well as by results of sociological surveys that revealed the domination of family values.
