Abstract:

Correlation between housing facilities and housing services markets is described by the graphics and with the help of basic equations. Cooperation of housing facilities and housing and utilities services markets is analysed on the example of Irkutsk Region by graphical and computation methods. The accounting mechanism for the buildings' energy efficiency class both on the housing and utilities services market and the housing services market is suuubbbstantiated.
