Abstract:

Decreased rates of territorial development in the globalizing economy will lead to decreased competitiveness of the region and the country as a whole. But the lack of funds for keeping and modernizing already existing projects is strongly felt under crisis conditions. The only way out of this situation is funding with the help of the public and private partnership tools. And creation of global projects will allow not only to keep going in this difficult period, but also to acquire competitive strengths.
