The article presents the results of a study of the process of finding solutions to overcome non-standard situations using the theory of management creativization. The authors reveal one of the economy’s topical challenges that consists in the effective management of the process of creating innovation, developing and using appropriate tools and models of innovative project management. They present a C-K Theory synthesis scheme based on the definition of Concept C through adding the properties taken from the sphere of Knowledge K.
