Abstract:

The article is devoted to analysis of governmental role in lessening of the financial crisis influence on the development of innovative sector branches. It considers the state of the innovative sector in Russia and countries-members of Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development during crisis. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the indirect tools of governmental stimulation during crisis and also to the formulation of proposals on additional tax stimulation of innovative development.
