Abstract:
The author analyzes the interdependence of national economy efficiency, state efficiency, and human potential development. He comes to a conclusion that the main priorities of a state policy aimed at the establishment and development of an efficient economy, are reduced to creating conditions for 1) a balanced distribution of human capital among the branches of the economy; 2) stimulation of the human capital accumulation within each industry, including the stimulation through its self-accumulation.
