Abstract:
The article examines the issues related to the development of a business process reengineering concept as one of the innovation management areas. The author demonstrates the interrelation of reengineering with the main types of management, defines its role and place in the innovation activities of a bank. She emphasizes the need for reengineering in order to optimize business process management of a commercial bank.
