Abstract:

The article defines the problems of satellites procurement for the U.S. military space, analyzes their importance, causes, effects and perception. The contextual approach has allowed in the consideration of a particular problem to make interesting general conclusions about the culture of public administration and the U.S. and features of the civilizational challenge they are facing. Concepts, recommendations and actions to address the problems will be presented in the next article.
