Abstract:

State Corporation "Rosatom" incorporates the companies of one of the most high-tech industries, and its innovative development is essential for the preservation of the technology leadership and the country's defense capacity and, thus, it is one of the basic priorities of its activities. The paper proposes a unified system of evaluation of potential suppliers, combining the assessment of its quality and innovation capacity, taking into account the peculiarities of products delivery for the state corporation, when a large part of it is innovative and technically complex.
