Nowadays the role of social sphere becomes more important in conditions of national economy development. Social sphere makes direct influence on population quality of life, and on country economy growth level. Many economists, sociologists and philosophers study issues of social sphere. But it has to be stated that category “social sphere” is not defined precisely in science.
