Entrepreneurships in modern economy is often characterized by possibilities to conduct innova-tive activity as the most complex and developed form. It is necessary to implement properly the innovative project in order to have competitive advantage in specific market segment. Modern entrepreneurship is the basic factor of development in context of national economy. To improve Russian companies competitiveness it is necessary to increase transfer of unique and science-based technology, attraction of investments for innovative activity development. However innovations implementation in companies has to be as the foundation of business efficiency. Article describes problems of modern entrepreneurship in Russia, main conditions of companies competitiveness improvement which certainly includes implementation of high technology innovations.
