Abstract:

Under the rise of dynamics of modern social and managing development and intensification of competitive activity the problem of developing management decision-making system of strategic and tactical character for strengthening of market positions and rise of competitive advantages becomes very topical. The author presents his functional model of bench-marketing process at recreation company as effective strategic management tool.
