Abstract:

Wage payment takes a special place in the structure of social and labor sphere and the priorities of social and economic policy. However, at present in Russia in this field have a lot of serious problems and shortcomings that significantly reduces its effectiveness. The article examines the main issues of wages, which in terms of financial and economic crisis become the greatest importance and require immediate action.
