Abstract:

Until recently, the main advertising slogan was innovation. Now one more and more often speaks of modernization and intellectual property, but intangible assets in companies has not increased. In the contests organizers set requirements for the "experience", and draw up patents for the contracts right before the competitions. Software business is being surrounded by certificates of registration of computer programs and in vain – these certificates are not legislative documents and do not confirm availability and use of intellectual property without violating the intellectual property rights. Even small and medium business on the sly began to "float competitive" with "smart horror stories." On the example of a claim for recognition of exclusive rights in the article the error "home-grown owners" and their advisers.
