Abstract:

Article is devoted to quantify the economic efficiency of logistics risks. The authors highlight the need to consider the process of logistics risks management as an independent business-process, alternative to business in the field of logistics. It is shown that the basis of the relationship (correlation) of logistics risks is the share of integral risk factors. The higher the percentage, the stronger the relationship (correlation) between the logistical risks. The authors highlight the necessity of focusing the attention and the means of impact of the organization on managed (subjective) risk factors that provide a real increase of economic efficiency of logistics risks.
