The article deals with improving the corporative management system based on socio-psychological mechanisms of interaction in the team. It examines the role and importance of socio-psychological mechanisms of interaction in the system of corporative management are the main methods of social-psychological regulation of relations in the team. The author developed a method for assessing the socio-psychological mechanisms of interaction in a team based on the communicative, perceptual, interactive components, taking into account an individual approach to research to improve the system of corporate management.
