Currently, one of the important obstacles to investment in industrial enterprises of the Russian Federation is the inability to correctly estimate and forecast the investment performance, and the more difficult it is to predict the result when using non-standard methods of investment such as investment by innovative equipment. In this connection it is necessary to propose a methodology that takes into account the specifics of non-traditional methods of investing to create a favorable investment climate in Russia.
