Abstract:

Reengineering of business process essentially redistributes processes of information processing by system elements. It is offered to use ergatic elements for information exchange intensification. These elements are virtual assistants of managing personnel. Architecture of working processes of virtual enterprise allows to associate efficiently such programmable entities with web-services.
