Amid further globalization a role of exchange regulation and control as instruments of an economic policy will increase. It will request from member-countries of the Custom Union an implementation of practical actions in formation of an optimal exchange regime, which promotes a development of both economy of export industries, and industries, oriented on an internal market of the Custom Union. A degree of impact of mechanisms of the exchange regulation and control on an international economic activity of business units, and also their concurrence within the Custom Union are still significant and this fact defines an urgent character of the article.
