Abstract:

Corporate culture is built systematically, thoughtfully, purposefully in the interests of the company. The company management, when building corporate culture, focuses on the formation of corporate identity. Membership in the staff community of an organization requires a certain type of social existence and personal experience. Becoming part of a team a person not only begins to play a certain role but he/she becomes the role and it becomes part of his/her self.
