The paper reveals the mechanism of functioning of the firms that use the scheme of incompletely reported wages payment. The result of activities of these entities of the Russian economy will be a reduction in tax revenues of the budget of the country and low social security of its citizens. To overcome this sustainable vicious practice of Russian reality, the departure from standard bilateral cooperation of interacting subjects and the transition to the preferred trilateral operation through the banking sector are proposed. This solution puts in order the financial flows of the organization and allows to manage them more efficiently.
