Abstract:

The article presents a comparative analysis of tax revenues of local budgets of the Russian Federation and the total tax revenues of Russia, shows the structure and dynamics of taxes providing the tax revenues of local budgets of Russia. The measures aimed at finding effective mechanisms of interagency cooperation of public authorities are considered. Proposals in favor of the implementation at the government level of the program for consumer's co-operation in the municipalities are submitted.
