Abstract:

Author considers history of institutional idea development and main characteristics of new institu-tional economy theory. The problem of correlation of institutional development and economy functioning is studied. Main theoretic-methodological backgrounds of sustainable economic growth inclusion to institutional analysis are emphasized.
