Abstract:

Based theoretical platform is needed for formation of programs and projects for Russian economy modernization. To create it we need to solve the problem of confusion of such notions as “modernization” and “innovative development”. Today it is necessary to find a universal approach which allows to combine socioeconomical identity developmental vector of Russian society and embedding in the international innovative division of labour vector, which is opposed to given identity.
