Abstract:

Article considers the ways of further pension system reforming by the case study of former USSR countries. Article offers two main directions of reforming: transition to a model of social services for hard developing countries and transition to modified distributive model for other countries of former USSR. Article shows that accumulative element is inefficient part of pension system financing due to imperfection of stock market in considered countries and due to high expenses for pension savings management.
