Abstract:

Article considers problems of pension reforming implementation in conditions of social and economy system transformation. Pension provision in Soviet Union was integrated part of social provision general system. Articles precisely describes main stages of reform execution, and emphasizes starting conditions of pension systems reforming that happened in countries of former USSR in the beginning of 1990’s.
