Abstract:

Article considers key issues of reasonable resource consumption arrangement in housing and public utility services, connected with necessity of modernization and reprocessing of housing funds, provision of housing amenities and efficiency improvement of housing fund management and service company. That could be the key to competitiveness of housing and public utilities.
