Abstract:

Article analyses various stages of housing policy development in Tatarstan Republic. Housing programs, the main implement of its implementation, has the most detailed evaluation. Characteristics of mechanisms of its implementation allows author to obtain conclusions about essential position of region so for population support procedure choice, as for definition of direction of financial resources utilization at residential real estate market.
