Characteristic of the late XX century has become the process of socialization of many world economies. The "mixed" socio-economic systems that include various forms of market economy and the active role of the state, aimed to address the economic and social issues of public life, have developed. Such socio-economic systems exist in Sweden, Germany and other countries. In these countries economic growth strategy is determined by taking into account the priority of social problems.
