Abstract:

In today's economy, the role of the procurement process in industrial activities increases. Narrow specialization in supplying the production of specific applications has been replaced by cross-functional coordination within the existing supply chain, providing a significant contribution to the economic effect of the enterprise. These processes determined the changes taking place in the principles of building relationships with suppliers.
