Abstract:

This article discusses the topical issue of the role of corporate governance in the company's value. As part of the topic developed a comprehensive definition of corporate governance, explained the theoretical basis of its impact on the value of the company, proposed a basic model to assess the effect of corporate governance, practical recommendations for the use and improvement of this model.
